Movement has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was never one to sit still — gymnastics, dance, and constant motion were where I felt most at home. That early love for movement naturally grew into a deeper curiosity about the body, leading me to study Sports Science and build a career teaching yoga, Pilates, and strength-based personal training.
My classes blend mindful movement with strength, mobility, and flow, drawing from my background and functional training. I'm passionate about helping people feel both strong and free in their bodies — moving with intention while also creating space to soften and connect.
For me, yoga is a place to move energy, find peace, and open both body and mind. It's an incredible tool to let stored tension and emotions pass through, leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and full of life again. Whether you're here to build strength, move creatively, or simply feel more at home in yourself, my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can explore movement and yourself.
